Thepricing pageshows a tax-inclusive reference price for your detected country. Local-currency amounts are determined by your card issuer's exchange rate on the settlement date.

代金の支払時期 / Billing timing	お申込み時に14日間の無料トライアルが開始します。トライアル期間中に解約されない場合、トライアル終了日に初回請求が行われます。月額プラン: 毎月、前月の課金日と同日に自動更新請求年額プラン: 毎年、前年の課金日と同日に自動更新請求 A 14-day free trial begins on signup. If you do not cancel during the trial, the first charge occurs on the trial end date. Monthly plans renew on the same day each month; annual plans renew on the same day each year.

返品・キャンセル・返金 / Cancellation & refunds	本サービスはデジタルコンテンツおよびオンラインサービスの性質上、原則として購入後の返金はお受けしておりません。以下の解約方法をご利用ください。無料トライアル期間中: アカウント設定 → サブスクリプションからいつでも解約可能。料金は一切発生しません。課金後の解約: アカウント設定から解約手続きを行うと、現在の請求期間の終了日までサービスをご利用いただけ、次回以降の自動更新が停止されます。日割り返金は行いません。 EU / UK 居住の消費者の方: EU 消費者権利指令 (2011/83/EU) および UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 に基づき、契約成立から14日間の解約権 (cooling-off period) を有します。ただしご自身の明示的な同意のもとデジタルコンテンツの提供を開始した場合、当該権利は失効する旨同条項に定められています。ご請求は support@epoche.app までご連絡ください。システム障害等、当方に明らかな責めのある場合: 個別に協議のうえ、返金等の対応をいたします。 Because this is a digital online service, refunds are generally not offered after purchase. Cancel anytime during the 14-day trial at no charge. After billing, cancellation stops future renewals but the current period remains usable; no proration refunds. EU/UK consumers retain the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except where digital content delivery has begun with the consumer's express prior consent and acknowledgement that the right is thereby lost. We will issue refunds where we are clearly at fault (e.g. extended outages).
