Our Purpose
Epoche is dedicated to making the classics accessible to everyone. We host a free, ad-supported public library of thousands of public-domain works — literature, philosophy, history, and scripture in their original languages and in translation — together with AI reading assistance, text-to-speech, side-by-side translation, recitation practice, and community features. Books that are still in copyright are listed as catalogue entries with links to external bookstores. Revenue from ads, affiliate links, and the optional Epoche Pro subscription keeps the library free.
