Hanmaru Jjimjilbang — Information for New Guests Open: 24 hours, every day. Price: Day (5 a.m. – 8 p.m.): 13,000 won. Night (8 p.m. – 5 a.m.): 17,000 won. The price includes the house uniform (shirt and shorts), two small towels, and your lockers. Floor by floor 1st floor — entrance. Shoes go into a shoe locker first. Your wristband key opens both lockers and pays for everything inside; the bill is settled at the exit. 2nd floor — women's baths. 3rd floor — men's baths. No clothes and no swimwear in the water. Wash at the sitting showers first, then use the hot pools. 4th floor — the common hall. Everyone wears the uniform here, men and women together, families too. Around the hall are the special rooms, with the temperature on each door: the clay room at 60 degrees, the salt room at 70, and the ice room at 8. The wooden floor between them is warm — sit or lie anywhere. Sleeping hall — the quiet corner of the 4th floor. Mats and small wooden pillows are stacked by the door. The lights go down at 11 p.m. Many guests sleep the whole night here and leave with the first train. There is no extra charge for sleeping: the night ticket is the bed. Please keep phones silent. One more thing: the small towels fold into the famous "sheep head" hat. Any child in the hall can teach a beginner.
