Reading a Newspaper in the Dead Sea — Epoche A1
Day trip from Amman: one hour by car, down and down and down. ⬇️ The Dead Sea is the lowest dry land on Earth. The shore is about 430 metres under sea level, and my ears felt funny on the road, like on a plane. The water is so salty that no fish can live in it. And you do not really swim here — you sit back, and the water holds you up. I read a newspaper. In the water. 😄 One rule from the lifeguard: keep your face out. Salt in the eyes really hurts.
